Aloe sap. To extract the Aloe sap, you need to follow the given steps:
1. Wash
the Aloe leaves
2. Peel
off upper skin
3. Crush
the leaves
4. Squeeze
out or scoop out the sap
5. Filter
the sap & refrigerate it
To
prepare the Aloe Vera Juice for weight loss you need to follow the following
steps:
1. Take
one glass of water in a saucepan
2. Add
1 tsp Aloe Vera sap to it
3. Turn
the flame on and keep it medium
4. Keep
stirring until the Aloe sap mingles completely with the water
5. Turn
off the flame
6. Drink
the Aloe Vera juice when it has cooled down to some extent. It’s best to drink
the juice on empty stomach in the morning. You can sweeten it with honey and
squeeze in some amount of lemon juice to improve the taste.

Aloe sap, 1 inch of Ginger root and a pinch of black salt. Blend all
ingredients in a blender. Strain &

Aloe Vera Soup
This
healthy weight loss soup can make an effective fat blaster. Pressure cook diced
pieces of Aloe stem and bottle gourd. Now in a saucepan, heat butter. Add
minced garlic and fry. Then add the cooked aloe and bottle gourd along with
water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add a pinch of chaat masala and black
pepper. Add salt to taste and give a good stir. Remove from flame and blend the
soup in blender. Strain, pour it in bowl, garnish with chopped coriander leaves
and enjoy while still warm.
Fried Aloe Dessert
You
need to fry diced aloe stem until they turn crispy. Then, brush the fried
pieces with honey or maple syrup. Mix well and enjoy. You would really love
